First State Report Card ~ Excellent
Located in Euclid, Ohio Noble Academy opened the doors of this public charter schools three short years ago. Mr. Kose, their founding director wanted this neighborhood school to have high expectations for students, staff and parents. Combining a zero tolerance discipline policy with an unyielding focus to academic success they obtained that goal. Noble Academy students earned an Excellent ranking on their first ODE State Report Card. That is truly amazing!

Mr. Efe is the Concept Schools superintendent of Noble Academy, Euclid and all of their schools in northern Ohio.
